Hi, I’m Nony Odum, the founder of In Vibrant Company and I’m so happy to have you.

I’m an American born, Nigerian raised former fashion executive who after more than 15 of years working in the world of New York fashion and luxury, made a bold decision to change my life and relocate to Europe to join my now husband. The drastic life change encouraged me to reconsider how I defined success, and to contemplate my purpose in the years to come. The ability to deeply self reflect that this experience allowed me, led to the founding of In Vibrant Company. I wrote in detail about the journey here.

Over the years I found that I very rarely related to the women that were frequently featured in magazine articles and interviews. I didn’t learn much and no one’s journey seemed similar to mine or the women I knew. I was sure I wasn’t the only woman feeling this way.

Dipping into my own personal network that spans a wide array of industries such as finance, art, design, fashion and tech, I launched In Vibrant Company, an online platform that shares stories of aspiration and success from women forging their own unique and vibrant journeys, offering virtual mentorship, career, personal and lifestyle guidance.

I publish learnings from my personal experiences and stories of women who have overcome intense external pressures, changed their minds and paths, and have made bold choices in their personal lives and careers. I hope their stories will encourage other women out there that are quietly plugging away and trying to build a life on their own terms.

I reject the tenets of today’s hustle culture that make women feel inadequate. In Vibrant Company is here to remind you that there’s a lot of meaning in indulging in life’s pleasures and dedicating energy to your personal life. In Vibrant Company is here to guide you to elevate your career, your mindset, your relationships and your overall lifestyle. I encourage you to slow down, accept help, change your mind, pause and reflect.
